About Our Program
The E.V. Turner Preparatory Academy Tutoring & Enrichment Program was founded in 2015 and is recognized by the Florida Department of Education (FLDOE) as a private school. The academy was named in honor of Dr. Green’s grandmother, the late Evelyn V. Walker Turner, a retired K–12 educator whose lifelong commitment to students and learning continues to inspire the mission of the program today.
This program was created out of a deep passion to support K–12 students who are struggling academically and to help them overcome challenges that traditional learning environments may not fully address. Dr. Green believes that every child is capable, intelligent, and worthy of success—and that with the right support, students can learn to recognize their own potential and confidence as learners.
At Turner Prep Academy, we understand that every child learns differently, and that no single instructional method works for every student. For this reason, our tutoring and enrichment model focuses on the whole child—academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually. Each student receives a personalized learning plan designed to address their specific strengths, needs, and areas of growth, ensuring instruction is meaningful and effective.

Dr. Green has served in a variety of instructional and leadership roles, including classroom teaching, academic intervention, behavioral intervention, instructional coaching, and educational administration. This breadth of experience allows her to effectively support students, guide families, and design academic plans that produce real results.
The Tutoring & Enrichment Program at E.V. Turner Preparatory Academy is more than academic support—it is a partnership with families to help students build skills, confidence, and belief in themselves as capable learners.

OUR SPONSORING NONPROFIT:
Agape Enrichment Ministries, Inc. is a non-profit affiliate of Creative Solutions 21, LLC (an Educational and Business Resource Consulting Company, formerly Creative Solutions 21st Century, Inc.). This ministry provides Christian counseling, Educational Assistance, and Community Outreach projects that promote social change/awareness. Quality education in a Christian setting encourages each student to be and do their very best, while developing/strengthening their relationship with Christ.

ABOUT
Turner Preparatory Academy is a Christian preparatory school that offers students a quality Christian education, as well as a safe nurturing learning environment. Although our programs are temporarily offered through a virtual platform, we understand that students on every grade level are faced with academic and social challenges that can hinder their success/performance. We combine scriptural lessons, academics and life skills to transform each student into lifelong learners and productive citizens. Our students will learn the meaning of perseverance, as well as the benefit(s) of hard work and applied knowledge.​
